Lock-down, isolation, quarantine and loneliness; These are a few of the terms ubiquitous with COVID. If you're anything like me, you're tired, stressed and possibly afraid of the unknown future. However, I like to also look on the brighter side of life.

Think of this time as a learning, growing and experimenting opportunity.

Here are a few tips you can try at home.

1) Mani-Pedi: Shape you nails, file them down, clean your cuticles and add your favourite polish. Even if it is just a clear coat! Adding nail polish is a skill that must be practiced. I couldn't think of a better opportunity to brush up these skills.

2) Shave those legs! Shaving is actually a learned skill. Even if you've been shaving your face for years, shaving without a mirror, with water running down your face,

is not an easy task. Practice up. Get a good lather and shave in one direction.

3) Look after your skin. If you're still using the same bar of soap on your face as you do your butt, you need help! Google a good facial cleansing technique and go for it. Don't forget a good toner! This will help prevent blemishes and blackheads.

4) Try dressing up. Throw on a pair of panties and a nice skirt and just go for it. Turn up the music and dance till your hearts content embracing the feminine you.
